Payment - Cancellation

 

Payment in advance
We require this for bookings made ≥ two months before arrivaldate and bookings made from outside EU. If you have booked a weekend or a stay over three nights we will ask you to make within two weeks a downpayment or full amount by banktransfer. The whole amount would have to been received at least six weeks before arrival. The booking will be definite once the amount has been received and we will confirm the booking. You can pay by bank, paypal or creditcard. Involved transactioncost will be yours. 

Payment at arrival
If you have made a booking within two months from the arrivaldate we will ask you to pay cash when you check-in. You can pay cash only as we do not have a (credit)card- machine. 


Cancellation 
Up to two weeks before arrival  you may do this without any cost. If you transfered the money we will return it to you or you may change the date of your stay.

Cancellation with 20% fee
If you cancel within two weeks before arrival we will charge you 20% of the total amount. If you transfered the money we will return it to you minus the 20%. If you didn't pay yet we will send you the invoice with 20% of the total amount.

No Show = 100% fee
If you do not show at the arrivaldate due to cirmcumstances we will charge you the full amount. If you didn't pay yet we will send you the invoice with the total amount. Depending on the terms and conditons of your (travel)insurance you could inform if the insurance company will cover the cost.
